On November 30, Mike Koehler, a professor at Butler University and a fellow blogger who writes the outstanding FCPA Professor blog, was asked to provide testimony before the Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs of the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary. The subject of the hearing was “Examining Enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,” and as you can see below, Mike provided some excellent information on FCPA prosecutions.
