Waterfall Asset Management announced that its Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer Kenneth Nick has become partner in the firm.

Nick joined the firm in 2011 from Guggenheim Partners, where he was senior counsel. He previously worked at Fiduciary Trust Company and Bear Stearns.
