The board of directors of Sculptor Capital Management appointed Colleen Kilfoyle to serve as chief compliance officer.

Kilfoyle succeeds David Zeiden, who resigned to join parent company Rithm Capital as chief legal officer.

Kilfoyle was managing director, chief compliance officer, chief litigation and regulatory counsel for Sculptor, a position she held since 2024. Earlier, she was managing director, head of litigation and anti-corruption programming.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, she was an associate attorney with Dickstein Shapiro.
