Global e-commerce provider NextPlat Corp. announced the hiring of Robert Bedwell as chief compliance officer.

Bedwell previously served as director of administrative services at PharmCo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Progressive Care. Previously, he served as the controller of PharmCoRx, a position he held from 2017-21. Prior to joining PharmCoRx, Bedwell was an audit partner and principal with several large regional and national public accounting firms.

NextPlat also announced the hiring of Cecile Munnik as chief financial officer. Munnik and Bedwell will join the firm’s executive leadership team.
