Mallinckrodt, a global pharmaceutical company, announced the promotions of its senior compliance and legal vice presidents to the executive level.
Kassie Harrold, who currently serves as senior vice president and chief compliance officer, will assume the new title of executive vice president and chief compliance officer. She will continue to oversee the company’s global integrity and compliance program and the execution of its corporate integrity agreement and specialty generics operating injunction.
She brings more than 15 years of compliance experience in the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries to the role, according to her company profile.
Mark Tyndall, who currently serves as senior vice president and U.S. general counsel, will assume the role of executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary. In this role, Tyndall will have executive responsibility for all legal functions and will serve as the company’s primary liaison to the board of directors.
Since joining Mallinckrodt in 2014, Tyndall has held several roles at the company. He previously served as head of global policy and public affairs at Bayer Healthcare’s consumer health division, according to his company profile.
