Kinderhook Industries hires GC, compliance chief

Private investment firm Kinderhook Industries announced that Michael Iuliano has joined the firm as general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Prior to this, Iuliano was general counsel at Saluda Grade Asset Management. He started his law career in the corporate practice group at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
