Greenlight Capital Re and Greenlight Reinsurance disclosed Laura Accurso, general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief compliance officer, will depart, effective Dec. 31.

To ensure a smooth transition, Greenlight and Accurso entered into a consulting agreement, pursuant to which Accurso will provide nonemployee consulting and advisory services to Greenlight on a nonexclusive basis from Jan. 1, 2023, through April 30, 2023.

Accurso has served as CCO at Greenlight since joining the firm in January 2011, according to her LinkedIn profile. She previously worked as an attorney at law firms Sidley Austin, Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti, and Harris Beach.
