Retirement services provider Empower announced KC Waldron will join the company as chief compliance officer.
Waldron was at Charles Schwab for 12 years, where she was most recently managing director, chief compliance officer of Schwab Wealth Advisory and head of wealth and advice solutions compliance.
Prior to that, she held roles as an enforcement attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a securities litigator with Morrison Foerster.
