Crowell & Moring announced the appointment of Joanna Rosen Forster, who most recently served as general counsel and chief compliance officer for ContextLogic, as a partner in the litigation group in its San Francisco office.

In addition to her practice at Crowell, she will continue as outside counsel to ContextLogic.
