Brex, an artificial intelligence-powered spend platform, announced that Sibongile Ngako has joined the company as chief compliance officer.
Ngako joins most recently from payments company Affirm where she served as vice president of compliance. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at American Express leading multiple teams across compliance and operational excellence.
Earlier, she also spent several years as a bank examiner and analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
