Allianz Holdings, the primary owner of U.K.-based insurance company Allianz SE, announced the appointment of Alison Rayner as chief compliance and corporate affairs officer, effective February 2023.

Rayner will be responsible for setting a clear strategy for the organization in terms of compliance and conduct relating to customers, clients, reputation, assets, the interests of stakeholders, and corporate and regulatory affairs. She will report to Allianz Holdings Chief Executive Colm Holmes.

She will join Allianz from Aviva, where she is currently group compliance and financial crime risk director. Prior to this, Rayner also worked at RSA, BGL, and Direct Line Group.
