Last week, I moderated an excellent webcast looking at "SEC Enforcement-Key Developments in 2011." The three members of the panel all previously served as senior lawyers or accountants in the SEC's Division of Enforcement: Andrew Vollmer and Douglas Davison, securities partners at law firm WilmerHale; and Marty Wilczynski, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting.
