Accounting and consulting firm, Weaver and Tidwell, now has a new name: Weaver.

The new name, brand identity and logo will be used in redesigned collateral, on the firm’s Website, in an upcoming ad campaign, and other communications mediums, as part of its branding campaign firm-wide launch.

The firm’s new brand identity further differentiates Weaver from its competitors and reflects the forward momentum of the firm and its dedication to delivering to its clients. The identity will be adopted by both the CPA firm, and its affiliate financial advisory firm, Weaver Tidwell Wealth Management.

The new brand identity is an outcome of an iterative process which included brand surveys, client interviews, one-on-one firm executive interviews, and market research.

Originally founded in 1950 as Weaver and Tidwell, the firm currently employs approximately 400 employees, including more than 280 accountants and consultants with offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

The firm represents a broad range of clients, including large national and international corporations, publicly and privately held businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities. In addition to the firm’s audit, accounting, and tax services, its accountants and consultants practice in the areas of business valuation; estate planning/wealth transfer; forensic accounting; international services; property tax; risk advisory services; and state and local tax and transaction advisory services. It also performs peer reviews for other accounting firms.
