$5.6 billion motorcycle manufacturing giant Harley-Davidson has announced the retirement of two of its top executives.

Departing the company will be Gail Lione from her positions as executive vice president, general counsel, secretary, and chief compliance officer. In addition, James McCaslin, executive vice president of corporate product planning, will also be retiring. Both are leaving April 30.

Lione, who has served as Harley-Davidson’s chief legal officer since joining the company in 1997, will remain with the company as president of the Harley-Davidson Foundation, a position she has held since 2006. McCaslin, who joined Harley-Davidson in 1992, also served as president and chief operating officer of Harley-Davidson from 2001 to 2009.

Harley-Davidson has initiated a candidate search for the general counsel position. The company’s legal and compliance functions will continue to report to Lione until April 30.
