Tullett Prebon, an interdealer broker, has appointed Giles Triffitt as chief risk officer. Triffitt also joins the firm’s global executive committee.

His appointment further strengthens the Tullett management team, following the arrival of Philip Price as general counsel in February.

Triffitt previously was head of operational risk at KPMG and has over 25 years experience managing risk in blue chip companies. Prior to KPMG, Giles was head of risk for group operations at RBS.
