This Foreign Corrupt Practices Act training course explains the major principles of U.S. anti-corruption law. It is intended to help compliance, risk, and audit professionals recognize and respond appropriately to “red flags” that present risk of FCPA violations.
The course will enable participants to gain a better understanding of major anti-bribery laws, showcase fulsome compliance with all reporting and financial recordkeeping requirements, and better communicate the importance and how-tos of FCPA compliance to all employees.
About the trainer
Andrew Clarke has extensive experience in combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism. As a police detective, he investigated complex cases involving criminals ranging from professional enablers helping organized crime groups to corrupt politicians. Utilizing that experience, he specializes in creating and delivering training courses across the financial crime portfolio and providing business compliance support.
At a strategic level, he has worked on global AML projects with the United Nations, World Bank, and IMF and is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in financial crime compliance.
