Thermon Group Holdings, an engineered thermal solutions company, has appointed Kevin McGinty and John Nesser to its board of directors, effective as of June 15.

McGinty, who has over 40 years of experience in the banking and private equity industries, currently serves as managing director of private equity fund management firm Peppertree Capital Management. Prior to founding Peppertree in 2000, he served as managing director of Primus Venture Partners from 1990 to 1999. Earlier in his career, McGinty was employed by Society National Bank (now KeyBank), where his final position there was executive vice president.

Nesser most recently served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of McDermott International, a global engineering, procurement, construction and installation company. He joined McDermott as associate general counsel in 1998 and spent over 10 years in various senior management roles, including general counsel, chief administrative officer and chief legal officer. Previously, he served as managing partner of law firm Nesser, King & LeBlanc, which he co-founded in 1985.
