The Network, a provider of governance, risk and compliance solutions, announced the release of ReadyTraining, a library of highly-engaging, interactive courseware that addresses key code of conduct topics, as an evolution of its industry-leading custom training solutions.

ReadyTraining leverages the latest in instructional design techniques along with an intuitive, feature-rich courseware platform. Each module's content is derived from The Network's extensive experience as an ethics and compliance solution provider, as well as from industry-recognized subject matter partners.

ReadyTraining is available in cost-effective, ready-built modules which can be configured to reflect client-specific messaging, branding and policies. ReadyTraining premieres with two modules—Code Words and Anti-Corruption: Doing Business Fairly. Code Words provides a high-level code of conduct overview and certification, and Doing Business Fairly discusses topics relative to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the U.K. Bribery Act.

Additional modules covering other code topics such as social media, information security, harassment and conflicts of interest are due to be released throughout this year. Designed for quick deployment, the ReadyTraining eLearning solution also provides critical reporting, tracking and metrics, and administration tools.
