The Network, a provider of governance, risk and compliance solutions, announced today an expansion of its ReadyTraining eLearning suite on anti-bribery/anti-corruption, adding additional courses with specific content focused on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.

The new set of courses includes collaborative content from the international law firm of Eversheds and financial and business adviser Grant Thornton UK to address the complexity of and terminology involved with corporate anti-bribery policies and procedures. The UK Bribery Act, for example, contains provisions for “adequate procedures” and due diligence in regard to an organization's level of awareness and preparedness to deal with bribery and corruption issues.

Utilizing the same enhanced visual storytelling methodologies introduced in previous ReadyTraining offerings, the new anti-bribery related courses feature interactive multiple choice quizzes and a “good advice” drag-and-drop interface for assessments as well as “risk meter” scenarios to engage learners. The training includes overviews of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and policies, while featuring employee-focused, real-life situations, which have been proven to reinforce learning and retention. Three new courses are available:

Anti-Bribery: Doing Business Fairly & the FCPA and UK Bribery Act

Anti-Bribery: Doing Business Fairly & the FCPA

Anti-Bribery: Doing Business Fairly & the UK Bribery Act (available in both US and UK English)
