The Container Store, a retailer of storage and organization products, has hired Pete Lodwick as general counsel. He will lead both internal and external teams responsible for legal strategy, regulatory affairs, and corporate compliance.

Prior to joining The Container Store, Lodwick practiced for 34 years at law firm Thompson & Knight in the corporate and securities department, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, representation of special committees and audit committees and board governance matters.
