The survey, conducted online by Compliance Week and compliance training firm Ethena between December and February, gathered responses from 134 professionals, most of whom work in compliance or risk roles. A majority said training solutions must better align with organizational needs and be more adaptable to changing regulations.
Insights shared from respondents included:

- Where budget and customization gaps exist in current training programs
- How training can be made more efficient and scalable
