Survey Report: Is your compliance training program working for you?

The survey, conducted online by Compliance Week and compliance training firm Ethena between December and February, gathered responses from 134 professionals, most of whom work in compliance or risk roles. A majority said training solutions must better align with organizational needs and be more adaptable to changing regulations.
Insights shared from respondents included:
- What organizations look for in effective compliance training
- Where budget and customization gaps exist in current training programs
- How training can be made more efficient and scalable
