$54.1 billion Sunoco has elected Stacy Fox to serve as senior vice president and general counsel, effective March 1. Michael Kuritzkes, who has been serving as general counsel since 2000, is departing to pursue other interests.

A seasoned corporate lawyer with more than 25 years experience in business, Fox joins Sunoco most recently from the Roxbury Group, a Detroit-based real estate development and legal consulting firm, where she was founder and principal. From 2005 to 2008, Fox served as executive vice president, chief administrative officer, and general counsel for Collins & Aikman Corporation, a supplier of automotive interior systems.

Fox served from 2000 to 2005 as senior vice president of corporate transactions, general counsel, and secretary for Visteon Corporation, a global automotive supplier, where she was responsible for worldwide legal activities, corporate compliance and governance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and government affairs. Prior to Visteon, Fox was vice president and general counsel at Johnson Controls from 1989 to 2000, where she led both the legal department and the environmental, health, and safety department for the worldwide automotive systems group.
