SRA International, a provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations and commercial clients, has elected W. Robert Grafton to its board of directors. Grafton's election brings the size of the board to eleven members.

Grafton currently serves as lead director at DiamondRock Hospitality Company, where he also is chairman of the audit committee and a member of the compensation, nominating, and governance committees. He also is a board member for Carmax, an $8 billion retailer of new and used automobiles, and serves as chairman of the audit committee.

With more than 37 years of experience in professional services, Grafton has held many client-service and management positions. Most notably, he served as chairman, Board of Partners for Arthur Andersen, and then as managing partner-chief executive for Andersen Worldwide, S.C., a professional services firm comprised of Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting.
