SkyWest has promoted Eric Woodward, formerly vice president and controller, to chief accounting officer. He will be responsible for the accounting, reporting, SEC compliance, financial analysis, corporate taxation and internal controls of the company.

Woodward will report to Bradford Rich, who has been promoted to president after serving as chief financial officer of SkyWest since 1991. Assuming Rich's role is Michael Kraupp, who is also treasurer. In his new role, Kraupp will oversee structured finance, fleet planning, information technology, investor and banking relations, benefits, risk management, and overall treasury functions. He will report to Rich.

Additionally, as part of its restructuring, SkyWest has appointed Wade Steel as vice president and controller of SkyWest Airlines, and Kevin Wade as vice president and controller of Atlantic Southeast Airlines.
