The Securities and Exchange Commission has announced the agenda and panelists for its March 26 roundtable on the issues and challenges cyber-security presents for market participants and public companies.

The roundtable, first announced in February, begins at 9:30 a.m. and will be divided into four panels. Participants on the first panel will discuss the cyber-security landscape. The second session will discuss cyber-security disclosure issues faced by public companies. The third panel will discuss the cyber-security issues faced by exchanges and other key market systems. The final panel ill look at how broker-dealers, investment advisers, and transfer agents address identity theft and data protection. The roundtable will be held at the SEC's headquarters in Washington D.C., and is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.  The event also will be webcast live on the SEC website and archived for later viewing. Members of the public are welcome to submit comments on the topics to be addressed at the roundtable.
