SAExploration Holdings, a global oilfield services company, has appointed Trisha Gerber as chief accounting officer, just as the company is starting the transition process from a private company model.

Gerber adds 15 years of accounting and financial planning and reporting expertise and experience to SAE's strong operational and industry-focused senior management team. As chief accounting officer, Gerber will manage the company's overall corporate accounting and financial reporting functions, in addition to directing and overseeing the enhancement of our accounting and finance divisions.
