Phillips Edison & Company, a real estate investment trust, has appointed Jennifer Robison as chief accounting officer. In her new role, Robison will be responsible for leading all aspects of the accounting function for the organization.

With over 18 years of industry experience in the Securities and Exchange Commission and financial reporting area, Robison joins Phillips Edison from Ventas, an equity real estate investment trust, where she's served for the past nine years. Most recently, she was vice president of financial reporting. 

Prior to her role at Ventas, Robison was an audit manager at Mountjoy Chilton Medley, and an assurance manager at Ernst & Young.
