Peapack-Gladstone Names Chief Compliance Officer

Peapack-Gladstone Financial and Peapack-Gladstone Bank, a bank holding company with total assets of $2.7 billion, have appointed Maureen Hemhauser as chief compliance officer. Hemhauser will be responsible for overseeing the bank's compliance program, including compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and anti-money laundering compliance. Details inside.
