Accounting firm ParenteBeard and consulting firm Invotex have joined forces.

Established in 2005, Invotex has offices focusing on the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia

marketplace.

With the new collaboration, ParenteBeard gained 26 new employees from Invotex, including four partners. ParenteBeard's offices have now been expanded to include Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, Texas and Maryland. The addition of Invotex also enhances ParenteBeard's forensic, litigation and valuation consulting services to additionally include bankruptcy and liquidations.
