Pall Corporation Chief Accounting Officer Retires

Pall Corporation has announced the retirement of Francis Moschella, corporate controller and chief accounting officer.

He will be leaving the company effective April 1 in order to pursue other interests, the company stated in a Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective as of March 7, Chief Financial Officer Akhil Johri is serving as chief accounting officer.
