Oak Bank, a community bank in Wisconsin, has appointed Lisa Quakenbush as risk and compliance officer.

Quakenbush brings to Oak Bank more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry. In her new role, she will coordinate the bank's compliance with laws and regulations to include implementing or revision of policies and procedures, conduct compliance-related training, and develop internal control and audit procedures to test bank compliance.
