PricewaterhouseCoopers has announced the hiring of John Loveland as a managing director in PwC's U.S. Forensic Technology Solutions practice, and will be based in the Washington D.C. He will focus on building and growing the practice nationally, and will service a wide range of clients in matters of forensic investigations, privacy and enterprise document management.

Formerly a managing director with Navigant Consulting, Loveland brings to PwC years of experience in providing clients with strategic advice and expert witness services related to computer forensic investigations and complex e-discovery matters. Prior to joining Navigant, Loveland was founder and president of computer forensics firm S3 Partners, which was acquired by Fios, an electronic discovery technology and services provider, in October 2003.

At that time, Loveland became vice president and chief client officer. He also held senior management positions with several consulting firms, including KPMG, Coopers & Lybrand, and Gemini Consulting. Previously a strategy consultant, Loveland has worked with clients in a range of industries including telecommunications, retail, healthcare, and oil & gas in the U.S., Asia, Australia, and Europe.

In other news, PwC has also announced the hiring of Anthony Caletka as a managing director in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice in New York. With over 23 years of consultative experience in the engineering procurement and construction industry, Caletka will advise PwC clients on large-scale capital projects across many areas including evaluation of project cost and schedule control systems and procedures; development of risk analysis and risk management strategies during project execution; and contract administration support, oversight and guidance. He will also advise clients in developing and applying contract packaging and procurement strategies.

Previously, Caletka held senior positions at Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation and O'Brien Kreitzberg, and was Company Secretary and Principal of Consulting Services for URS Corporation's Construction Services group based in London. Prior to that, he owned and operated a construction consulting firm in London.
