$300 million Davis-Standard, a manufacturing company for the plastics processing and rubber industries, has promoted Jerald Warren to vice president and corporate controller.

Warren joined Davis-Standard in January 2006 as business director-aftermarket and was promoted in October 2007 to vice president-aftermarket. In this role, Warren will be responsible for assisting in the full financial utilization of the company's newly implemented ERP system, including the development of the system's corporate financial reporting package.

His responsibilities will also include coordinating the long-term goals of the company's fiscal strategic plan, along with monthly reporting and planning in coordination with the company's sales and operations plan.
