Prestige Brands Holdings, a consumer products company with a diversified portfolio of well-known brands in over-the-counter healthcare, household cleaning, and personal care categories, has appointed Charles Hinkaty to the company's board of directors.

Hinkaty brings almost forty years of executive experience in consumer products to the board. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Del Laboratories, where he was for twenty-three years. His background also includes a long career with Bristol-Myers Squibb, where his roles included marketing, acquisitions, licensing, strategic planning, and business development.
