$1.5 billion Meritage Homes Corporation, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., has appointed Dana Bradford to the company's board of directors. He will serve as a member of the board's audit, executive compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees.
Bradford is the president and managing partner of McCarthy Capital Corporation, a private equity firm based in Omaha, Neb., with nearly $1 billion in assets under management.
