The SaaS platform centralizes activities across business units and geographies, and creates workflow efficiencies.

Wolters Kluwer Partnership

The ACC also announced this week that it has selected Wolters Kluwer Law & Business as part of the ACC Alliance Program.

Wolters Kluwer delivers research products and information-enabled solutions to legal and business professionals, educators and law students to support productivity, accuracy and mobility. Specifically, to aid corporate counsel in implementing solutions to effectively operate their law departments, the company offers legal resources on human resources, securities law, labor and employment, intellectual property, corporate governance and other topics.

Wolters Kluwer offers ACC members access to multi-state surveys and tools, which allows corporate counsel to research and compare a broad range of issues across multiple jurisdictions. The online toolset creates a chart of related summaries and links to full-text laws, regulations and other source documents for multiple jurisdictions.
