Morgan Stanley has named  Keishi Hotsuki as chief risk officer, succeeding Ken deRegt. Keishi will join the firm's operating committee and report to Chief Executive Officer James Gorman.

With 25 years of risk management experience, Keishi has served as interim chief risk officer for Morgan Stanley since January.

Additionally, the company announced that Jeanmarie McFadden, global head of corporate communications, will join the firm's management committee.
