MED3OOO, a provider of healthcare management and technology products and services, recently appointed Hillary Harlan to the position of chief compliance and ethics officer. In this new role, Harlan will be responsible for the oversight of MED3OOO’s corporate compliance and ethics program, as well as compliance oversight for MED3OOO’s operating units throughout the United States.

Harlan, an attorney and registered nurse, brings to MED3000 experience working with physician practices, hospital systems, and long-term care facilities. Prior to joining MED3OOO, she served as director of compliance and legal services for Dallas, Texas-based Preferred Care Partners Management Group. In this position, she filled the roles of corporate compliance officer and HIPAA privacy officer, and was responsible for licensure, regulatory, and risk-management activities.
