McCormick & Co., a global manufacture, marketer, and distributor of flavor products and other specialty food products to the food industry, has appointed Patricia Little to its board of directors, effective as of May 25. Little is currently the executive vice president and chief financial officer of human resources solutions provider Kelly Services, a role she has served since 2008.

Previously, Little served with the Ford Motor Company since 1984. Most recently, she served as general auditor, responsible for Ford's global internal audit function. Prior to that, she was director of global accounting.
