The SEC has announced that at 1 pm today, Enforcement Director Robert Khuzami will conduct a news conference "to announce a series of new measures being taken to further strengthen SEC enforcement efforts." At 1 pm, please join me and my guests, Doug Cornelius (of Compliance Building) and Francine McKenna (of re The Auditors) as we watch the webcast of this news conference and discuss these newly-announced measures below.
