The LGL Group has appointed R. LaDuane Clifton as chief accounting officer. He will report to LGL CEO Greg Anderson.

Since August 2009, Clifton had served as the corporate controller. Prior to joining the company, Clifton was CFO of a21, a publicly-held holding company in the stock photography and home decor industries. He also was a senior associate of KMPG.

LGL, through its wholly-owned subsidiary MtronPTI, is a producer of frequency control, filter, and integrated sub-systems for the multibillion dollar telecom, military, space satellite, and avionics markets.
