KIT digital, a video management software and services company, has appointed Avi Aronovitz as senior vice president of corporate finance, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer. The company also appointed Steve LoGiudice as director of internal audit.

Aronovitz will be responsible for consolidated accounting and financial reporting, direct oversight over the regional corporate controller function and improving financial systems and processes across the company. He joins KIT digital with more than 20 years of financial, transactional and industry experience, as well as significant experience with the Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. He previously held positions at accounting, tax, and consulting firm Citrin Cooperman; executive services firm Tatum; and software and systems provider Comverse Technology. 

LoGiudice joins the company with more than 18 years of risk management and internal audit experience. He will be responsible for performing risk assessments of the company's operations and the implementation of any required additional controls.
