PwC has named Jeannette Chu a part of the firm's U.S. Advisory Forensic Services Practice, where she will help clients with export control and trade compliance matters.

Chu has over 30 years of federal government service, including 13 years as a U.S. Diplomat in China.

Prior to joining PwC, Chu was a senior policy advisor at the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, where she worked on foreign policy issues, export control reform, commodity jurisdiction and licensing matters.

Previously, Chu served as senior export control attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. She was also the first immigration attaché and officer-in-charge of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service offices in Guangzhou and Beijing.
