INVEST Financial, a member broker-dealer in the National Planning Holdings (NPH) network, one of the largest independent broker-dealer networks in the United States, has appointed Jason Albino as senior vice president and chief compliance officer for the firm.

Albino will report to Daniel Wright, NPH chief compliance officer. He replaces Ruth Burgess, who recently retired.

As chief compliance officer, Albino will be responsible for leading INVEST’s compliance team and overseeing the company’s adherence to state and federal regulations.

Before joining INVEST, Jason served as chief compliance officer at Penn Mutual Life Insurance, and its affiliated independent broker-dealer Hornor, Townsend & Kent. During his 19 years in the industry, he has served in a variety of compliance functions including within anti-money laundering, advisory, and branch exam programs.
