Hudson Valley Bank Names New Chief Risk Officer

Hudson Valley Bank, a subsidiary of Hudson Valley Holdings, has appointed Susan Cullen as chief risk officer and executive vice president. In this newly created position, she will be responsible for overseeing company-wide risk management programs.

Cullen has more than 25 years experience in auditing and risk management. She previously spent 18 years at Grant Thornton, where she spent the last four years as an audit partner.
