Volta, an electric vehicle charging network, announced the appointment of Stephen Pilatzke as chief accounting officer.

Pilatzke joins Volta as its first chief accounting officer, bringing experience in accounting, business finance, and public company financial reporting.

He previously served as chief accounting officer for multiple companies, including Falcon Minerals Corp., Lightfoot Capital Partners, and Arc Logistics Partners.

Before that, he was chief financial officer and controller for Paramount BioSciences and worked as an auditor at EisnerAmper.

Volta’s board of directors also announced the appointments of Vincent Cubbage as interim chief executive officer, Brandt Hastings as chief commercial officer, and Drew Lipsher as chief development officer.
