Biotechnology company Vera Therapeutics announced the appointment of Jason Carter as chief legal officer.

Carter has recently served as global head of legal for Kite Pharma, where he oversaw legal and compliance activities.

Prior to that, he served in a variety of senior legal roles, including at Daiichi Sankyo, Novartis, and Baxter.
