Technology company Thumbtack announced the addition of Susan Rammelt as chief legal officer.

Rammelt will report directly to co-founder and CEO Marco Zappacosta. She will also serve as Thumbtack’s corporate secretary.

She joins Thumbtack from SmileDirectClub where she served as chief legal officer, EVP of business affairs and corporate secretary. Prior to this, she was a partner at a number of top national and international firms including Foley & Lardner and Dentons US.
