Terns Pharmaceuticals announced the appointment of Elona Kogan as chief legal officer.

Previously, Kogan served as chief legal officer at Seer. She has also held leadership positions at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Avanir Pharmaceuticals, and King Pharmaceuticals.
