The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis announced that François Henriquez has been appointed as its first vice president and chief operating officer, effective Aug. 15.
Henriquez, currently executive vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief administrative officer, joined the bank in 2018.
Before joining the bank, he worked at various private sector law firms and at U.S. Central Federal Credit Union.
